This Cookie Policy explains how the Dexly web interface at dexly.trade uses cookies and similar storage technologies.

It covers the website only. The Dexly mobile app stores data differently. How it handles your data is covered by our Privacy Policy, not by this Cookie Policy.

A cookie is a small piece of data a website stores in your browser and reads back on later visits.

Dexly's web interface also uses localStorage, a similar browser storage mechanism: data is stored on your device and read back by the site, without being sent to a server on every request. This policy uses the word cookies to cover both.

Dexly's own agent wallet storage is one example. It uses localStorage to hold a trading key generated on your device, so you do not have to re-sign every trade. It is strictly necessary and cannot be turned off.

Dexly uses two kinds of cookies.

Strictly necessary cookies keep the site and your account working. They are always on and do not require consent.

Everything else needs your consent if you are in the EEA or the UK. Outside those countries, consent is not legally required, so the cookie banner does not appear and analytics, advertising and the reviews widget load automatically.

One thing runs in the EEA and the UK without your consent, and it is not a cookie. If you reject, or before you choose, we still count page views in aggregate. That measurement sets no analytics cookie and writes no analytics identifier to your device: it keeps no identifier that outlives the browser tab, builds no profile, records no session and discards your IP address. It cannot recognise you on a later visit or connect what you did here to anything else. The only thing kept on your device is the record of the choice itself, which is what lets us honour a rejection instead of asking again on every page. Rejecting stops advertising, attribution, the reviews widget, session recording and every identifier; it does not stop us counting how many people opened a page.

In the EEA and the UK, PostHog only sets cookies, keeps an identifier, builds a profile or records your session once you accept. Reject, and it stays in a cookieless mode that counts page views without storing anything on your device or retaining your IP. Outside those countries it runs fully and automatically, because consent is not legally required there.

A replay can show your balances, open positions, and order sizes exactly as they appeared on screen.

In the EEA and the UK, if you reject or have not chosen yet, no replay is made.

You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. It reopens the cookie banner so you can accept or reject again.

This control is only meaningful in the EEA and the UK, where the banner applies. Outside those countries there is no choice to change, because analytics, advertising and the reviews widget load automatically and the banner does not appear.

You can also block or delete cookies using your browser's settings. Doing so may affect features that rely on strictly necessary cookies, such as staying connected to your wallet.
