Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 December 2025

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Dexly, a non-custodial on-chain trading interface operated by Hyper Lion Ltd, handles information in connection with the Dexly mobile application and related services (together, Dexly, the App, we, us, our).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Dexly, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the App.

Dexly is designed as a non-custodial interface. We aim to collect and process as little information as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the App.

2. Data Controller

The data controller for Dexly, for the purposes of applicable data protection law, is:

Hyper Lion Ltd

London, United Kingdom

Contact: hello@dexly.trade and hello@hyperlion.app

3. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Dexly mobile application and any related services controlled by Hyper Lion Ltd. It does not apply to third-party websites, wallets, protocols, or services that you access through Dexly. Those services have their own privacy policies and practices.

4. Information We Do Not Collect

Dexly is a privacy-focused and non-custodial interface. In particular, Dexly does not:

  • (a) collect your full name, postal address, or government-issued identification;
  • (b) collect your private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords, or recovery phrases;
  • (c) collect your contact list, photos, files, or personal media;
  • (d) collect your banking details, credit card numbers, or traditional financial account information;
  • (e) knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as health data, biometric data, or information about political or religious beliefs.

5. Information We May Process

Dexly may process a limited set of information that is necessary to operate the App and improve the user experience. This includes:

5.1 Public blockchain data

When you connect a wallet or view markets in Dexly, we may process public blockchain data that is already available on-chain, such as:

(a) public wallet address;

(b) token balances, margin balances, collateral;

(c) open positions, orders, order history, and realized or unrealized profit and loss;

(d) on-chain transaction hashes and related metadata;

(e) market, pair, and protocol information.

This information is not combined with direct identifiers such as your real name or contact information.

5.2 Technical and usage data

To maintain and improve the App, we may process technical data such as:

(a) device type, operating system version, browser type, IP address, and anonymized device attributes;

(b) app version, language, and region settings;

(c) app performance metrics, crash logs, and error reports;

(d) non-personal usage analytics, such as screen views and interactions, in aggregate or anonymized form.

We do not use this information to build a personal profile of you as an identified individual.

5.3 Notification tokens

If you enable push notifications, Dexly may store an anonymous notification token issued by your device’s operating system. This token allows us to send you notifications such as:

(a) position updates;

(b) liquidation or risk alerts;

(c) funding updates;

(d) daily or periodic portfolio summaries;

(e) price or market movement alerts.

Notification tokens are not tied to your real identity, and you may disable notifications at any time in your device settings or within the App where applicable.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

If Dexly or any related website uses cookies or similar technologies, they are used only for technical operations, security, or aggregated analytics. These technologies do not store your private keys or sensitive personal information.

You can manage browser cookies using your browser settings. Mobile app tracking and notification settings can be managed in your device’s system settings.

8. Data Sharing and Third Parties

Dexly may rely on carefully selected third-party service providers to support technical operations, such as:

(a) infrastructure providers and RPC or indexing nodes to read blockchain data;

(b) analytics and crash reporting services that receive only anonymized or aggregated data;

(c) push notification providers that deliver notifications using anonymous device tokens;

(d) security and anti-abuse tools.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not provide third parties with access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords.

Your data may be processed outside of the United Kingdom or EEA by our third-party infrastructure providers. We ensure such providers are subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

Third-party protocols, exchanges, or smart contracts that you interact with via Dexly are not controlled by Hyper Lion Ltd and have their own policies and risks.

9. Data Retention

Because Dexly is non-custodial and does not store personal identity data, retention is limited:

(a) public blockchain data remains on-chain under the control of the relevant network, not Dexly;

(b) technical logs, crash reports, and anonymous analytics may be retained for a limited period as needed for debugging and performance analysis;

(c) notification tokens may be retained as long as you keep notifications enabled.

If you uninstall the App or disable notifications, Dexly will no longer receive new technical or notification data from your device.

10. Data Security

Hyper Lion Ltd applies reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect data related to the operation of Dexly. However, blockchain and the internet are inherently risky, and no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for:

(a) securing your device;

(b) securing your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and passwords;

(c) ensuring that you interact only with the official App and trusted sources.

11. Children’s Privacy

Dexly is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe that a minor has provided data to Dexly, you may contact us at hello@dexly.trade so we can delete such data where appropriate.

12. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights such as:

(a) the right to know whether and how your data is processed;

(b) the right to access or correct certain information;

(c) the right to object to certain processing;

(d) the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Because Dexly does not maintain a database of personal identity information and primarily processes public blockchain data and anonymous usage information, the practical scope of these rights may be limited. If you have questions, you may contact us using the details in the Contact section.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Hyper Lion Ltd may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will be made available on https://dexly.trade or within the App. Your continued use of Dexly after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
