Is OKX Banned in Europe? The MiCA License and What It Changed

• USDT is being delisted. MiCA only allows EU venues to offer stablecoins whose issuer is authorised. A MiCA licence makes OKX legal in the EU; it does not change the underlying model. OKX is still custodial (it holds your funds) and KYC-based (it holds your identity), and the menu of what you can trade is decided by its licensing rather than by you.
